In Roquebrun, village house with a view

The house is located in the narrow streets of the old village, bordering a peaceful little square.  The entrance to the property leads to the kitchen (non-fitted) and a room with a superb view of the river.  On the floor above there is a room with passage way and shower room.  The cellar (which is accessed independently) has been converted into a room, a wc with sink and a cubby hole used for storage.  The walls have all been lined and insulated, leaving just a few finishing touches.  A charming pied-à-terre, a short walk away from the local facilities.
